I'm currently studying how reflexology can help to manage the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. It is something I have an invested interest in as I'm steadily approaching this phase in my life! Reflexology can be one way to help our bodies to relax and achieve a greater sense of balance which is much needed during this period of change. I am loving learning so much about how potentially reflexology can help alongside other lifestyle changes. I can't wait to offer the treatments, watch this space!
